Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Ready-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination PIN code and courier serviceability. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping charges
Domestic delivery is ₹79. Orders of ₹699 and above qualify for free delivery.

Tracking
Tracking details are shared after your order is dispatched.

Cancellations and address changes
You may cancel your order or request an address correction at no charge until the shipping label or AWB is generated. After that point, we will make a reasonable effort to help, but cancellation or address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Refused and undeliverable orders
If an order returns to us because it was refused or the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after collecting the new shipping charge. If you prefer a refund, we will process it after the order returns safely, less the actual forward and return courier charges. We will not deduct these charges when the issue was caused by DhagaTales.
