Dispatch

Ready-stock orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Standard delivery and charges

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Some PIN codes, remote locations or courier-serviceable areas may take up to 7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Domestic delivery is ₹79 below ₹499; free at ₹499 and above after discounts.

Bengaluru next-business-day delivery

Next-business-day delivery is available for selected ready-stock products in eligible Bengaluru PIN codes for orders placed by 2 PM, Monday–Friday. Eligible PINs: 560008, 560017, 560038, 560071, 560075 and 560093. Selected ready-stock products only, subject to availability, the 2 PM Monday–Friday cutoff, holidays and courier/operational constraints. Orders after cutoff move to the next operating day; delivery dates are estimates.

Payment and Partial COD

We accept prepaid payment and offer Partial Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. With Partial COD, a portion is paid online at checkout and the balance is payable at delivery. The amounts payable online and at delivery are shown at checkout. Full Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

Your delivery details

Customers are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address, correct PIN code and a reachable recipient phone number. For gift orders, please check the recipient’s details and let them know a parcel may be arriving.

Special occasions

Ordering for a birthday, anniversary, festival or another special occasion? Please order in advance. Courier timelines are estimates unless DhagaTales has explicitly confirmed a guaranteed delivery date in writing. This does not remove any remedy available under applicable law for late delivery.

Cancellation and address changes

Ready-stock orders may be cancelled, or their address corrected, at no charge until the shipping label or AWB is generated. After that, or after dispatch, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Only where a made-to-order, customised or personalised order has expressly been agreed, cancellation is available until production or personalisation begins. After it begins, change-of-mind cancellation cannot normally be accepted. Routine customisation is not offered. Remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different products remain available.

Refused or undeliverable orders, including Partial COD

If a prepaid or Partial COD parcel returns because of refusal, incorrect or incomplete address, wrong PIN code, recipient unavailability, an unreachable recipient or repeated unsuccessful attempts attributable to the customer or recipient, actual forward and return logistics costs may be adjusted against amounts already paid, subject to applicable law. We will explain any deduction and will not recover the same cost twice. Any eligible balance will be refunded after the parcel safely returns. Reshipment may be arranged after agreeing the new shipping charge.

These deductions do not apply to failures caused by DhagaTales, its fulfilment process or the courier, or to a justified refusal arising from our error. The advance is not automatically forfeited. Repeated refused or customer-caused undeliverable Partial COD orders may require prepaid payment for future orders.

Policy updates

We may update these policies as our products, fulfilment processes, payment methods, courier arrangements or applicable requirements change. Orders will generally be handled under the policies and terms applicable when placed, subject to applicable law.
