Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations and address changes
You may cancel your order or request an address correction at no charge until the shipping label or AWB is generated. After that point, we will make a reasonable effort to help, but cancellation or address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Refused and undeliverable orders
If an order returns to us because it was refused or the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after collecting the new shipping charge. If you prefer a refund, we will process it after the order returns safely, less the actual forward and return courier charges. We will not deduct these charges when the issue was caused by DhagaTales.

Damage, defects or a wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. If an issue was not reasonably visible on delivery, contact us promptly after discovering it. This reporting window does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.

What to include
Please share your order number, a photo of the shipping label, photos of the outer packaging and clear photos of the product. An unboxing video is helpful when available, but it is not mandatory and will not be treated as the only acceptable evidence.

Replacement, refund or store credit
For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement when stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Store credit is never mandatory. DhagaTales will bear the return and replacement shipping costs when the issue is ours.

Change-of-mind returns
Because our pieces are handmade in limited batches, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Used hair accessories and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Your payment provider or bank may then take approximately 7-10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
